The medications she likely uses dries out her vocal chords. We just keep them lifted because they are all definitely much older now.

I think she could benefit by changing the keys to some of the songs. I’m surprised no one is suggesting that. I hate hearing my Twinkie strain on songs…why work harder when u can work smarter

@@lilyvalley2489 I’ve been saying that for the past two years. Lower the key of the songs, especially You Brought The Sunshine since that song requires a lot of breath control and stamina along with being in a higher key. Stop making my favorite Clark sister look bad lol she’s a legend!

I think she’s starting to sing lower because her extensive range hasn’t really come back yet.

@@reggiemitchell5198 she has her range…she is singing in a smarter way. she is in her 60s…she don’t have to choose the highest keys or belt a c6 during every performance. maybe newer fans are looking for all the extra high stuff on every clip but real Clark fans know when Karen sung with a heavier sound& only hit those notes on occasion in the 90s…not every song. she is going back to that way as it is better & smarter.

@@lilyvalley2489 well I’m not a new fan. She still has her range but she needs some vocal therapy because ever since hee voice was hoarse earlier this year it hasn’t really returned. She mixes everything past Eb5 now and the highest she’s mixed lately is G#5 and she hit it bur she cracked and she’s been cracking a lot lately which is why I said she’s playing it safe because her extensive range hasn’t returned. You Karen had a heavier voice but still could belt up To G#5 full voice with clarity and no cracks this Karen barely belts full voice anymore and her range is declining and that’s not a bad thing. But they all need some vocal therapy and great vocal coach. Out of all the sisters Jacky’s voice is the most preserved and dorinda is behind her.

Let her age!! these women are senior citizens…that’s why they have tracks & additional background singers to help them. And I’m so tired of hearing about this preserves stuff…let’s be sincere…it’s easy for Jacky to be preserve when she has never even used her voice like Karen or Twinkie has…it’s not equivalent. Dorinda voice changed earlier before anyone else’s but people accept her rasp now as part of her style when it wasn’t like that before. you comparing apples to oranges. for the level of singing she’s done for this long…she is preserved too.

Cause she sounds a mess. She doesn’t blend well and she’s always sharp. The best soprano they had doing bgv for them was Pam Taylor.

@@TheSanctifiedMusic any one of them can sing those notes. Literally they switch all the time and all have sung the top middle and bottom so why not. The only reason I can say why not is because they are getting older.

I understand your point but we love them regardless and wanna see them perform🤷🏾‍♂️ no matter what, the fans are going do what fans do. And that’s stay up-to-date with their performances.

They are singers. They are public figures. This wasn't a private concert. This was a church service streamed for the world to see. They sing all over the globe on all types of stages for the WORLD to see. Why you would expect for only The Clark Sisters performances you deem good enough to be seen is absolutely senseless. That's not reality and that isn't the type of occupation they signed up for. You sound silly.
