U don't know what U r saying Is it the police who give sentence. Police job is only to help the Attorney General to prosecute the case. Police don't determine if 1 is guilty or not, that's up to the courts

Al wahab makes claims without backing them with facts. He normally uses anecdotal evidence. A simple goggle search will reveal Ghana is not even in the top 10 in Africa.
