It just sounds like Dee gave him the sane vocal inflections and raspy overtone, but especially when he talks to the TKs it sounds similar to a standard clone voice, so its most likely some random clone we've met before

Why are people still thinking it’s a clone of Crosshair? You can’t have a clone of a clone, especially one with degraded DNA

It’s not actually a clone of crosshair they might mean it’s a Regular clone with Crosshair’s enhancement, they must of duplicated crosshairs enhancements while he was on Tantiss to make these operatives

They are both evenly matched but the assassin nearly killed him until howzer showed up

While I do hear that similarity, Crosshair has already stated that his genetic defects make him immune to imperial conditioning. So why would the empire clone him if the result would be the same?
