I'm so happy I don't have the one who is greatly interested in convincing my husband in spiritual matters - separate self. He believes in a matterialistic model of the world. But I'm at peace anyway not trying to change his point of view. There I was stuck before.. And thanks to Rupert, I got it, it got clear to me where I was wrong. And as we know there is no real ignorance.

I cannot thank you enough Alan, for sharing Rupert's precious guidance. So the ego and its illusory creation of a separate self is a Clown - a retroactive commentary - and the Clown wears many guises... hehehe, freedom...

When I feel simply overwhelmed with thoughts, beliefs and resulting feelings, I find it very helpful to remember myself that "I Am, I exist, I'm presence itself"...in order to relax in Awareness itself. Those thoughts seem to be generated by conscious "choosing" these thoughts...which implies the notion of a personal doership again. There is confusion about this...could anybody please help??

If I do some thinking ahead of time and respond to the situation according to that thought. Who is the planner, thinker and responder of that thought? Who is the executor?

Would love to hear the crystal ball music by Alan mentioned here.
