Not really, houses will sell no matter what market we are in. If the market crashes that is not going to stop builders from building houses and if the market crashes that is not going to stop buyers from buying houses. Housing is a necessity so the buying and selling of homes will continue no matter what. People will have to move out or move in for 100's of reasons that happen on a day to day basis. New job, retire, relocate, bigger house, downsize, foreclosure, cash out on equity earned, divorce, family trust, HOA issues etc. So if the market crashes or not it does not matter to a Realtor because people will continue to migrate and move. This video was to show that they have been saying the market is going to crash since 2017 and here we are and still no crash.

Very true! Most will cash out Refi and buy the rate down. We have also been seeing a ton of Heloc action as well.
