Perfect panel. This is just the first round so slowly going easy on them and easing into the process is the way to go. 2/3 judges was giving good constructive criticism and having one judge be supportive and light hearted helps not keep the competition too harsh tense feeling.

When James was talking to Kailin about her confidence, I felt that in my soul. Like I can't tell you how many of my bosses and peers have told me I have no reason to not be confident. It's honestly my biggest struggle, idk why I can't see what everyone else sees in me. I will find the good in every single person I cross paths with but, when it's me.... I'm literally my own worst enemy. I just wonder how different my life would be if I could figure out how to be confident and love myself. One day, hopefully.

I am a huge fan of how the elimination is set up. It's not made to embarrass the person that is being sent home. James tells you personally, you two are alone and he encourages you to keep doing KZfaq videos. James if you read this, great great job. I love this series and respect you so much more after watching this episode.
