Quest Log on bottom right of "play"/Lobby screen will let you accept all quests at once instead of going to each merchant

this is one of those hardcore gamer games like tarkov with extraction points I had no clue what I was getting into though it was just a fun dungeon crawler

At 1.5x or 1.75x speed this is a PERFECT guide and exactly what i needed. This game teaches you less than tarkov lol. It’s way earlier in development though i’m sure some guidance/user interface tutorials are coming

The thing that's frustrating to me is that I can't find anything in-game that tells me basic controls. Access inventory in the dungeon, how to use potions and such. There needs to be a basic in-game tutorial on how to play.

Welcome to the DaD community brother. If you want to play with others (get carried) and have more co op fun I highly recommend using the gathering hall. Just say you're new and looking for a group. Great way to learn the game fast.

It was fun during the multiple playtests. But ever since early access released I don't think I've even won a single fight. Took a break after the wipe before steam release and returned. Turbo dumpstered like 6 times in a row. Sucks to suck.

If you get armor and weapons from the dungeon, extract, then load in a new dungeon with your last game items and die. Do you lose those items?

I predict this game will have a less than 100 people player base by the end of the year or maybe even close the studio, no game ever has a worst experience for new players than this one. no form of tutorial to new players in game(even fromsoftware put it on their games) most times the game droped me, a lv1 guy on an area surrounded by enemies that I had no chance of killing, before figuring the controls I already had 3 skeletons and a few others killing me. one time i tried I was lucky of starting on a safe place to get the hang of the game, killed some mobs, looted some chests and when to a blue stair to extract just to not be able to for some reason that was never, in any point so far, explained, even being 2 minutes aways from closing the match. I'm not complaining about the game being hard, is just that a """"free"""" multiplayer game not being able to keep new players? No wonder all the positive reviews so far had less than 10 hours of game.

how can you say that you are not complaining about the game being hard?? it is a certain type of experience to be thrown into the game knowing nothing at all. you could figure out alot of the stuff in minutes just by swinging your weapon and giving the skill tree a look before you play your first game. the game is intentionally supposed to be hard, and to have a bit of a learning curve. tarkov is much of the same and is ever popular. i hope you keep playing and get the hang of it so you can realize how fun it is, dont get annoyed by the lack of tutorial.
