Hi, you have "add content", but it doesn't appear in my BM, In mine I have the choice between: crop images, add catalog data and add a background, On the right side of the screen, where you see the preview of the ad, I have a basic fb ads template made from images from my site (it's not even the product I want to advertise), and I can't change anything. So I can't add my videos/fixed images. thank you in advance for your reply!

How does the adding the pixel directly differ from installing the meta app in shopify? Do I need to do both or just one?
