13-2 was written like a kingdom Hearts game. Lol Game play was excellent and as a complete trilogy, this series is underrated.

Good Lord, the story is so convoluted; I'm so glad you made this video to clarify things! Thankfully, Lightning Returns isn't nearly as complex as FF 13-2 and is straight forward -- can't wait for that vid! Thanks for all that you do, it's greatly appreciated!

This game is so iconically chilling and very sad with how it pulls the rug out from under you. I still personally don’t know how it was so largely hated.

For me it was so hard to progress at some points searching around for relics etc. It just became a chore to unlock new areas or story and it just felt like a chore

Longwinded story in a hallway sim and forced to use side-chars you don't like. Was not their best entry in the genre. Lore is solid.

The game focused too much on Sarah lol. Having only 2 ppl party members was another issue.

The ending blew my mind upon first seeing it. Had Final Fantasy pulled a twist to that extent before, where you were playing into the main antagonist's hand the entire time, and inadvertently helped him destroy not only the world, but all of time? All while a love ballad is playing. What a ride!

This was the first game I ever finished 100% of the achievements on Xbox 360! I preferred it to the original 13, but I didn't dislike that one (or I probably wouldn't have tried this one).

orginally back in the day i was shocked they actully gave this game a bad ending lol. all that hard work.i like it .too bad the story is just one big spin off

Out of the 3 games, this was the best. All had a great OST, but this was the best.... but gun to my head, I wouldn't be able understand the plots of any of them. Even after watching all BOP-videos

I disagree 13-2 is phenomenal, 13 and 13-3 are both bland and boring. Also Noel single handedly is a better character than the entire 13 cast, not bad for a MC literally pulled out of thin air

I'd argue Snow is just as good as a character tbh. 13-2 is too complex than necessary and not into my third character being a monster

Wow, I thought it couldn't possibly be any worse than FF13 story, but this is the ultimate garbage. The fact that some people actually swear FF13 and its sequel's stories are good is simply bizarre.
