One thing i would love to see in Gulf War's Warzone story is the rivalry between Perseus and Imran Zakhaev during the Cold War, we know at some point Imran closed and locked up the bunkers in Verdansk. It would be cool to dive deeper into that knowing Verdansk is planned to be brought back at some point. Sure story wise it may not make since if the game follows the Gulf War but what if they find a way to make it work. Idk we shall see.

April 6th 2019 takes place before Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019. Fog of War takes place in October 24th 2019.

@@BranWolfYT In 2018 Makarov was back in Moscou and he claim the help of the kremlin to take control of urzikztan but the refuse because (proxy war) the ULF was support by the US and the UK fighting AQ and Barkov's forces. So the kremlin fired Makarov to the military and after that he decide to join the Konni Group.

It’s said that the shadow that sold out General Glenn Morshower aka Overlord, the reboot Shepherd. Was a double agent of Perseus. Who was one of the few people that gave a dossier to Reboot Makarov. About how he knew the task forces member’s names,

I think he’s more of a cult like figure and I think the actor Julian Kostov did a good job with what he’s done but sledgehammer didn’t have enough time and they shortened the missions instead of expanding and showing a few missions where we see how brutal he was they didn’t show much at all which is why not a lot of people like the new Makarov but the actor is quite amazing I’ve seen his work and he’s quite good and he loves Star Wars that he wants to play a Darth Vader like character

So the kremlin fired Makarov to the military and after that he decide to join the Konni Group. One year later on 6 April 2019 he and the inner circle attack verdansk stadium. The SAS capture him but the terrorist blow the airport. Makarov was arrested and take in the gulag. However some of the guards and the prisoners was corrupted and he maid a little service for him . Probably Makarov heard by one of them the death of Barkov and the destruction of the gas factory by the ULF on November 2019.

@@BranWolfYT theory:Makarov was back in Russia in 2018 and he want the help of the kremlin to take control of urzikztan but they refuse because the ULF was support by the US and the United kingdom fighting AQ and barkov's forces (proxy war) . So the kremlin discharged Makarov in the military which make him angry and after that he decide to join the Konni Group has commander. One year later in 6 April 2019, he created the Inner Circle and attack the verdansk stadium disguised by police officer and paramedics but Shepherd and the SAS capture him and take in the Gulag with maximum security . Some of the guards and the prisoners was corrupted and give a little service for Makarov. Probably he heard by one of them the death of barkov and the destruction of the gas factory by the ULF on Novermber 2019.

I’ve got nothing against the actor for the new Makarov but the new one just doesn’t appear or seem threatening. OG Makarov looked like an unhinged maniac who made a pact with the Devil to unleash hell on earth. The new Makarov looks likes a baby face.
