Sad doesn't even begin to describe her death......😞 As horrible as she was to people, we find out just how badly she thought of herself & how unworthy she thought she was. Her pain was never over, hiding behind a sense of superiority while she suffered in silence. I had a hard time not crying during her dancing, it was so heartbreaking & beautiful🥺. Unfortunately she used her pain to hurt others, so in a sad way this is the karma she is facing....& she knew it. I thought her death would be the typical "bad guy getting what's coming them" thing, but all I wanted to do was tell her she was worth more than she gave herself credit for, & that her pain didn't have to rule her life anymore. Hopefully in the afterlife she has finally found some peace. ♥

For all that she was horrible and vicious, her death is still so pitiful. When all of her power is stripped away you see her for who she really is; an artist. A woman with a profound love of and dedication to her craft who should have been on opera stages. But instead, her family wanted an in with the Emperor. I'm glad at the end she had the courage to speak honestly with Hongli, ban her father from seeing her (he didn't deserve to) and live out one final iconic opera scene.

in ruyis royal love in the palace series, it is ling who is a brutal murdering of children and concubines and innocent maids. its crazy the different paths both these stories took. I DESPISED ling in that series, so i find this one strange and hard to watch

古代沒有那些東西，而且燙傷不是主因，主因是金汁，金汁就是糞水，感染是正常的

@@likulau8618 1.清朝已經有抗生素治療方法囉，不過只是在國外醫生使用了， 2.鐵水溫度極高，即使加了金汁或是任何污穢之物，也早就蒸發了，細菌🦠早就蒸發，這很明顯是傷口處理不當導致蜂窩性組織炎，導致傷口癒合不良，而且高貴妃是死於上吊⋯⋯並不是有發燒症狀的敗血症😀

@@marimiya Iron water contains it's own contaminants and bacteria, which boosted a severe infection with the feces added to the water when it was applied to Gao Guifei's wounds. As for the temperature of the iron water, I'm not sure what temperature it was. The original disinfectant that they were using had been tampered with by Yingluo and Ruyi so that it was set up to fail. Yingluo added the iron water for the sake of leaving nasty scars, but Ruyi wanted to make sure her wound never healed and caused infections throughout her body, so she added feces to the mix. They both hated her, so they took advantage of the situation.
