My guess is, the only reason USPTO would say an identical brand is not infringing is because it is for unrelated goods and services. If it is indeed so, they are right, because a trademark doesn't give you a monopoly over the brand for everything under the sun. If you believe the goods and services are close enough, you may need to get attorneys involved in fighting this on your behalf.

@@trademarkfactory my brand is called PRETTY TOES MATTER®️. The other party brand is called “PTO Pretty Toes Only”. They’re definitely infringing on my brand. We’re both under class 025 for apparel.

If you have not trademarked your brand (as in registered it as a federal trademark), then you really can't do much about it. That's the big difference between relying on your trade name when you register an LLC or incorporate a company and relying on trademarking. The latter works. The former doesn't.
