All building plans in the city of Georgetown must be approved by the city engineers. So city engineers must enforce the building codes. And the public must Stop bribing the engineers to approve substandard building plans.

Judging from the hazardous construction site, l can guarantee you Ralphael, that you are 100% correct. Shoddy work. Further, l don’t think that Guyana have experienced engineers, planners and architects.

Raphael, maybe, you can show us and them some of the building that you have built in Guyana, so in the future they would know how to built them and would build them the correct way. If not, all your talents are going to waste.
