In the last episode of Series 1, we speak to former Hunger striker, Author & Playwright, Laurence McKeown. Laurence spent seventy days without food in the 1981 Hunger Strike that claimed the lives of his ten comrades.

Lawrence Mckeown what a legend. He along with my father was one of the blanket men who wrote the book "Nor meekly serve my time". People need to know the reality of the protest. How monumental it was. Jesus christ its brutal. Another great podcast Sèan. 🇮🇪👍
