Sir Michael Rocks and Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids sat down with VladTV to speak about their rap career taking off on Myspace after meeting on the social media site. They then moved into "Black Mags" being a pivotal point in their career, as it was featured in a national commercial for Rhapsody and pushed them to a new level.

Yeah I remember them. Weren't they like the first rappers to bring skinny jeans back in to rap? People like to point to New Boyz or Lil B, but Cool Kids came before them. I also remember them being among the first to bring back snapbacks. They brought a lot of 80's and early 90's styles back.

They can blow up like their suppose to if they keep the image but come with some harder beats, lyrics, and delivery. The trap sound has taken over which makes it the perfect opportunity for them to gain a resurgence under a new wave and obtain the notoriety that they didn't get the first time around.
