I've been practicing yoga for about 4 years and I have tried over and over to do a handstand. lacking the core strength and as you said scared of falling over. what you said resonates with me a lot. can you post a picture or video of your handstand? I'd love to see your progress.

Building up core strength, but also wrist and shoulder strength and mobility is indeed a great starting point for jumping into a handstand practice. The Core Play could be exactly the preparation you need! Once you've gone through The Core Play at least once, you can join Aligned, which is our pure 8-weeks handstand program that can guide you from zero to a freestanding handstand. Hello. I’m almost 60 years old. I have no flexibility at all. But I really would love to be able to do a headstand! It seems like this program has modifications for beginners but would it be ok at my age? I know I would have to go very slowly, but I’m afraid of injuring myself.

Flexibility and mobility are always a great support, but not necessary to join The Core Play ❤ You will find modifications and different variations inside the program and in our FB community. Age should not be an obstacle here, we have students up to their late 60s doing The Core Play with us. Your goal might not be jamming your body onto ur neck. Neck and lower back without ribs are weakest parts of spine. Honoring limits is one of the rules of the game.

Yes, for sure! We actually have quite a lot of beginners practicing with us ✨ As you'll get lifetime access to the program, you could start really gently and go at your own pace. It's also possible to repeat the complete program or single sessions as much as you want. Inside the program you can find plenty of modifications, but also in our FB students community.
