Well. Sadly give it 50 Years and an increase in 'EUROPEAN UNION CENTRAILISM' it most likely will be. 'Hence viva Brexit'. And Poland, Hungary, Greece etc should take note. The EU is basically nothing but a Corporate institution dependent on Debt and Financial Penalties. And cares very little about its People, History or individual Freedoms.

For the people in here clearly not understanding. Europe is a continent with many a country in it. The gentleman doing the aortic repairs, God bless you. My husband passed away from an aortic dissection at only 45 years old. They tried emergency surgery, but as with most, he didn't make it. It's been 3 1/2 years, and I miss him dearly. I'm not sure if there would ever be a day that I don't miss him. 💔

My grandpa was rushed to a hospital and passed following surgery for a ruptured aortic aneurysm. My mother's surgery for the same thing saved her. With such a family history I could need the same break someday. I like the judge's call on that.

I'm just discovering this judge few hours ago and I think I comment it once I wasn't you know I got to say he is one of the most awesome people out there that I hope God is watching out for because one of the videos I saw his daughter who seems a sweet as him he's no-nonsense don't get me wrong but he is so listening to the person and makes a judgment on that instead of just the role of whatever the ticket is for he talks to the people and that is what we need I'm from Canada I wish we had someone like him cuz he's awesome

the last one was actually easy to argue for leniency, technically he violated the regulation, but he was slowing down while light was yellow and than he sped on the right turn just after the light turned red, so I can see the possibility that he saw it was "yellow", than he concentrated on the traffic and did not realize he was doing a right on red instead of on yellow, and is why he was originally not sure if he did an infraction or not. ( this is assuming the street is a strict "no turn on red" at all, and is not a "right turn allowed AFTER a stop" )

Even though its emergency its not right to cross when its right light. You should slow down and cross the right. So i would punish him wven with half amount or submit the evidence that he was going for that emergency on the same time.

Judge Caprio can you educate the rest of the judges in your position. While criminal law is much different your court is at the top of your field. And the public defender was great!
