The CORRECT way to get Serial Number and Radio Code for Acura & Honda

You will need your vehicle VIN, zip code, email, phone number and serial number to get your 5 digit radio code
After changing out the battery/disconnecting the negative terminal on my 2011 Acura MDX, the Navigation and Radio were locked. when holding 1,6 and the volume button, it'll only show 7 digits of the serial number. You will need a total of 10. this video will show step by step on how you can find the 10 digit serial number as well as the 5 digit radio code.

This definitely works. Recently purchased this model and had the same issue after the dealership changed the battery. Was able to accomplish my goal in the first attempt. No need to wait for the email. The site provides the codes immediately. Thank you again so much.

I found the code when you said usually there is a sticker near the glovebox. There was a sticker on the left side of the glove box drop down. Outside of the compartment but on the sidewalk of it. Thanks bro. Wife’s 2011 MDX. Had to change the battery!

This video helped me…. Thanks…. Super easy…. Radio and navigation code are the same just so everyone else knows…. Simply get the serial number and vin and go to the link in the description and get the code in seconds!!!!
