Lol I love my unicorn Kiara sky drill and lamp but the lamp does not last long on the battery as my drill does. I'm the only one who uses it when I do my own nails. I haven't had it long just since October. I scored the limited edition color from my local nail supply store.

Cute! And if I remember correctly it comes with a “fake bit” because I guess if you don’t have anything in the hand piece and you lock it it can end up damaging the hand piece eventually. I could be wrong but that’s what I remember I think veenailedit saying.

@@BooCreamy actually neither of you are. You have to hit the button that says newest first then scroll all the way down and you’ll see who was first. It takes a few seconds for KZfaq to catch up so it looks like you’re first sometimes but you’re not. Always check the newest first and scroll to the bottom 😊

The blank drill bit is for protection. Whenever it's not in use the blank on keeps dut and whatever from getting inside the hand piece.(I don't know the official name for it) I have a different brand efile and I keep the blank bit in there. I think my instructions said for me to do so.

💗💗💗 My notifications haven't been working for the last 2 videos. Havent used the Lazy Girl Method for a while but I've been thinking about doing it again. I'd love to get one of these drills and the full size lamp to match but I just cant justify spending that much on it. I have kids. Lol. Hopefully I was entered the one time I did get the notification. There werent any comments yet when I typed mine. I automatically know theres no chance if a comment picker is used because they only seem to ever pick other KZfaqr's or IG'ers or something. 98% of the time anyways. I thought I was just thinking that for a while but then I seen other people start mentioning it or I would keep my mouth shut. Look how many giveaways Sandra's Sparkly Sets has won (just an example). Or look at other KZfaqr's that use it post about the winners. I just think that generally it's the little people that actually need the items in a giveaway not KZfaqr's that get sent things and have more things than they know what to do with. I honestly didn't mean for that to sound like a rant. I was just explaining why I think/said that. I'm sorry if it sounded bitchy or spiteful.

I don’t know, but I think that the reason why the little metal stick comes inside of the drill piece is because the inside of your drill has a little clamps that clamp down on your drill bit to hold it in and if you don’t keep something in that barrel and you lock it down. You take the risk of it being uneven sort of like a regular drill and you can that can bend your drill piece cause your drill peace when you’re using it to kind of wobble a little bit.

Quick question please Brandi, so the gel tips that I use come with a builder gel and nail tip glue in a bottle. I notice you are adding the gel polish to builder gel. Can a light gel color gel polish be added to the glue or only the builder gel and use the builder gel as the glue?

Thanks for the detailed video. Could I use Modelones coloured Builder Nail Gel and cure the tip to my nail bed? (Nude Pink or one their other six nude colours) instead of mixing builder with gel polish?
