Yeah this is kind of why they went under my radar for a while as I thought it was a bit too obvious. Then I realised that the White Stripes was 15 years ago and we're due for a replacement anyway, especially since the Raveonettes have been on hiatus since forever. And that they're doing the surf thing more than the White Stripes ever did. So fully on board now. Nice to see a band from the town where my son now lives doing so well.
