Actually, the player is given an artificial brain which has a copy of all their memories, a procedure which worked for the first time.

Kind of the case in real life. There's surgery to disconnect both hemispheres of your brain from eachother. You'd get instances of phantom hands where one side of your brain wants something, but your other hand knocks it away.

I remember playing through FO3 and LOVING the world, every location was interesting or had some quirk in it and it was just beautiful to explore and find something new. When FONV came out I loved the changes they made to the gameplay, the dialogue system was deeper than in FO3, you could aim down the barrel, etc, but the world was bland and dull. It seems like we'll never get the best of both worlds...

Honestly, Bethesda needs to hire Obsidian and need to work together. They both have excellent things about themselves. Bethesda should focus on their amazing world building and Obsidian focus on the story and characters. If we had them working together like that, there would be absolutely no weaknesses to a game they make together as long as each stick to their strengths.

I did like NV much more than F3. F3 was boring. And plot was stupid. Ending sucked balls too.

Justin Daily Your brain, which is you, controls your own thoughts, perceptions, senses, etc. Emotions is kind of a double system between the brain and the heart. The brain does send signals to the heart to release certain chemicals into the bloodstream. These chemicals are produced by the heart of course and when they are released the neurons let you "feel" these chemicals. These chemicals might also be considered proteins i.e. not the structural kind but the chemical message kind. I don't know if they're considered proteins however they do allow you to gain better perceptions of things and decide the magnitude, severity, or any other kind of case regarding your interaction, or another entity interacting with you, with the world.

It's meant to be a "callback" to fallout 1 and 2 where you could have a retarded character. NV has only a couple of situation where you could be really dumb with low intelligence, but besides those it doesn't change much

It would be cool if you have high intelligence, he turns from obnoxious to actually snart Einstein levels character and respects you, after all brains says that doctor feeds em mentats so if you were already smart... Getting mentats on top would make you super smart. Really missed opportunity.
