Thank you guys. This was my fav in 7th grade. RIP Dolores O' Riordan (She did her own background vocals.) Edit: Thanks for that shoutout to "Mouth Full of Cavities". Did you react to that? Blind Melon was so good. Edit 2: Found the reaction video. :D Love that one. Not enough Blind Melon reactions on KZfaq. Would love to see you guys react to their song "Galaxy" too.

Favorite voice of all time. It’s therapeutic for me. Whenever I get stressed/depressed/angry, Dolores Voice makes everything better. Bummed out when she passed away. RIP Dolores.

Delores vocal style was known as "Keening" which came from Irish women singing traditional folk songs in a unique style at "wakes". It was in her DNA to sound and sing so beautifully.

I remember the first time I heard this, I was 14, and I saw her in the music video. She was so different, so beautiful, so ethereal…I was smitten. This song was a coming of age song for me…❤

Delores had such a beautiful voice. I still cry every time I hear her rendition of Ave Maria. I can't help it. The backing vocals are her dubbed in over her other vocals. She had AMAZING range for a more modern singer.

the vocals are all dolores o'riordan. they layered the tracks. she was a siren like most Irish women singers. we lost a her waaaay to soon. very heart breaking!

Your videos are absolutely awesome! Some great drumming in this one as well. Would love for you to do a watch video for a Latin Rock band I was fortunate enough to see live for the first time in Boston shortly before Christmas. The band is Los Lobos (known for the La Bamba movie soundtrack) and the song is "I Got Loaded." This group is so underrated and have so many influences they incorporate into their sound. They were incredible live. I hope to see a reaction video on "I Got Loaded" from you in the near future. I think you'd really enjoy that tune! Have a great New Year! Keep up the great work ✌🏽🎸

Chod, you are one lucky man. Wow. If you like The Cranberries, check out a band made of Family Members called The Corrs. They were really famous for a while in the 90s. Great band with some really good songs! One I'd recommend is Forgiven, Not Forgotten.

Loving the cranberries, the backing singer was Delores herself, layered on. I saw them back in the nineties at Birmingham England. Fantastic. Try ode to my family.

LOVE this song!! It also reminds me of my boys, once they became teens (they were 9 and 10, when it was released) and they always referenced "pooting" and the linger! BOYS!!! OMG, SMH!!! LOL It is such a beautiful sounding song!!

Yes, there is group called The Turtles, during the 60's. And, yes, y'all have reacted to at least one of their songs. I think it was So Happy Together.

The only way I can enjoy dolores's songs is through her videos. For yourself look up her videos with these songs you will never regret it. This young lady just passed away too early. She could have given us so much more. The Cranberries.

She did her own background vocals. One reason I always like the studio versions vs Live. You need to do DREAMS, it is a duet with herself........at age 18 when they recorded it. FANTASTIC

This song always gives me chills. Maybe it's cause I know she's no longer with us but it's just such a perfect song. The acoustic version they released a few years before she passed away is great too.

The band name was a bad pun from the teenage lads which was originally "The Cranberries Saw Us" (as is sauce). After Dolores joined the band and wrote this song within a few days of meeting them (including the backing vocal and strings melody lines) the ended up with just The Cranberries. So, it was a teenage Irish lad in-joke.

So to combine more luscious 90's pop-rock goodness with the weirdest band name, hit "Toad the Wet Sprocket". They're from out here in Santa Barbara and they took the name from a Monty Python skit. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rtOUZJOm16zSmKM.html (only 2 min and well worth it) I heard that when Eric Idle, who did the skit, was driving down the road and heard the band announced as Toad the Wet Sprocket that he was listening to he nearly drove off the road. Listen to the skit - it's hilarious. Hit "Something's Always Wrong" from Toad and if you like that hit "Fall Down", "Walk on the Ocean", and/or "All I Want". Thanks for listening and sharing. I remember hearing zombie in the radio, the part "zombie, zombie": was so much fun, my then boyfriend told me, "oh, yes, you like that one huh?" 😄, but then I heard this one, Linger OMG just loved it. Still love it, beautiful voice, such a blessing, Dolores RIP 1971 - 2018

Mant bands names in the past were chosen as literary or film references, injokes between the bandmates, homages to their heroes, oportunistic attention grabbing names or pure word salad nonsense, as long it sounded catchy and cool.

The most beatiful and cool verses and choruses don’t impress this girl much. The 1% coolest and most beautiful resides in her hair and the 99% rest of us will never experience. Hopefully she will open that up to the rest of us
