We were super excited to find Crayola make a line of markers for skin tones, called multicultural broad markers! We already owned a ton of Crayola pens so this seemed like a great excuse to use them in a video :D

one of my friends is a type of color blind, so over winter break I dyed my brown hair purple and it had faded a pinkish color, when he first saw me he didn't say anything, but he squinted at me. next time he looked at me he said "You... dyed your hair?" I chuckled and nodded and he seemed quite proud of himself.

my brother is colorblind as well and he LITERALLY (really, like literally) mixes the same colours as adam does. he's an artist as well so he always calls me ACROSS THE HOUSE to come over and match the colours for his drawings 😂😂😂

You should do a Doodle date where you switch pencil cases for a day because you both have different items in your bag and I think it would be cool to see you try to use each others, for say pencils because I know Steph uses a red pencil and almost always inks it while Adam usally just uses a regular pencil. Also you have to draw something before you see what is in the other persons pencil bag so it doesn't influence your drawing.😊😊😊😊I hope you consider this idea 😊

I went to a shop in Canterbury in October of last year and I found that exact same sketchbook. I was like 'Hey, you look familiar!'. People stared. Maybe I should stop talking to inanimate objects. It's really hard, though, especially when you're an evil wizard and need to find the best items to make horcruxes out of.

I think Crayola will always excite me because of how much of my life they taken up when I was a kid, it feels great being able to incorporate them into my adult art life too XD Haha and Adam's so indecisive with picking colours, it was the best way to get a quick decision out of him! i use crayola, and my favorite set is 'crayola pip-squeak skinnies 64 pack.' there's a giant variety of colors, and the best one to use for skin, to me, is petal pink.

It's nice to see someone using the markers instead of the color pencils. Most people go for the color pencils (which actually seem quite nice), but it's really cool for you guys to show people that they can make art with cheap supplies :)

I absolutely love Crayola. My mom always preferred buying that brand all throughout elementary school. She was surprised how well I took care of them by the end of the year. To this day I still have a bunch of my crayons, markers and colored pencils. I remember getting excited when I got that same pack of markers that included the scented ones in 3rd/4/5th grade? (I forgot lol).

These came out so good, I was surprised!! I didn't realize how nice crayola's are for a substitution for alcohol based markers. Some of my favorite crayola markers from childhood were the pipsqueaks. They're very small and easy to hold (especially for my tiny hands!) and they come in a multitude of colors. I think you guys would really enjoy them!

I have a blue set of Spectrum Noir and they were beside copic markers and I say the spectrum noir was £8 and the copic was £20😂 And they have very similar quality

I love my crayola water colours and pens for the soul reason that they blunt really well. In market drawings I only have ever used yellow and blue for pens themselves.

I still use the crayola colored pencils because I can't afford an abundance of prismacolor colored pencils. They do the job pretty well and I've gotten so used to working with them! I also love using the Crayola fine tip markers for nice little accents/highlights around the doodles/drawings! Both of your drawings came out really great! Spectacular use of colors!

Btw, I study Psychology and we had a subject on the senses, which included colour blindness. From Steph's description, I assume Adam has deuteranopia (confuses red with green, red with brown, light grey with pink, and blue with lilac).

I also wanted to say that I love how your videos are informative, inspirational, funny, and just overall "real"- as opposed to some people that just do speed draws and put in voice overs, and I really appreciate it!! You also inspire me (and I'm sure a lot of other people) that any art supply can make a drawing beautiful. I know people always say that but you guys actually prove it!!! i use to have a carousel of crayola crayons and they layered well actually. i like them and i would definitely use them with my colored pencils for sure!

okay, so since I've become older I've discovered a strategy, lay the crayola down on plastic and then water it down and use it almost like a water colour, it actually works really well, and when you do that you can mix the colours on the plastic and overlay and stuff

The main, number 1, medium that I use is Crayola Crayons... but I'm learning markers right now and I got really excited when I first got the skin tone kit from Crayola because they are really nice for quick little pictures and chibis.
