As a new player, the game definitely feels tiresome, it's fun at the beginning, it's fun with your friends sometimes but as soon as you try to take it seriously it just becomes miserable. There's definitely something wrong with the game nowadays, and it's definitely not just a old player thing

@Ok______________ when ur learning a new game u need to have smaller win conditions for urself. Like dealing with a tricky interaction or winning ur 1v1s. If u focus on the macro of ranking up ull hate the game because ur going to lose a lot at first in any game where ur a beginner.

@@Ok______________ that actually makes sense, if I play a new character in league of legends for example, I will do everything in my power to understand my moveset and how I should utilize it, but expecting to WIN when you're playing a character you are not familiar with in a team of randoms is a recipe for disaster, you can only reasonably afford to play to win if you can at least guarantee your own competence

You know its bad when you have more hours than fucking Necros, i have 1700+ hours on Overwatch probably more cuz Overwatch 1 and overwatch 2 combined.

I came back and was having fun with overwatch (I played since beta and stopped once brig was released for about 2 years then on and off) until I got to test Marvel Rivals, now I literally cant force myself to play overwatch. I went from losing productivity because of how much I was enjoying overwatch to being unable to stand even a few minutes of it. My honeymoon phase with marvel rivals ended after my first 10 hours session, its just a better game and I wish I played it more over those 10 days, after that first 10 hours session I could only do about 2 hours each day with it. At least I unlocked everything and even got gold in ranked for that reward (took 3 hours). I still wish I played it more. Late July can't come fast enough.
