This mini semi Iverson killer cross over, he dint teach low hip enough and swing wide-fast from cross step and dont teach key point of set up step and read if defender react. I think Iverson cross is far more high level in this same cross but you have to teach right.

Here is a major concept to offensive basketball that may help younger players or even older ones. It’s quicker to change direction and go by ur opponents if u skip or bounce by them. Taking individual steps is slower. Hopefully this helps someone.

Ivica Petrić just get comfortable using moves to the become natural. I just used this last night on a guy that was 50lbs less than me. Tyler’s videos are great for the details. The without the details the move is still going to be effective. Just try them. He is teaching the correct concepts and ideas of the moves, to help understand the effectiveness. Though being absolutely correct doesn’t matter as much. Sorry for the carryon.

Now I feel like this drilling down on specific moves is killing a player's creativity on the court.

Yes. But in competitive play, efficiency is most important. Like how a competitive chess player would sit in front of a computer and straight memorise the moves, basketball players would practice the same moves over and over. The more you practice, the faster and sharper the moves, and the easier it is to get to the basket

Cuz there isn't that many skills trainer in China. There is a one called 千帆, but the top guards still go to the States to train themselves during summer. Some Chinese people even discourage players to use these "flashy" moves, like this coach for the Chinese national team who openly criticizes guards to initiate attacks. In their opinion, a guard's job was to bring the ball to the front court and pass the ball to the taller guys to finish.
