Just watched the original film 'The Crow' not too long ago and it was SO much better than I remembered. This movie has a lot to live up to. Thanks for reacting to the trailer

Scream Queen Podcast this movie was in development hell for 15 years several actors over the years were attached to the role of Eric Draven, Jack Houston, Luke Evans, Norman Reedus, Bradley Cooper, Jack O Connell, and most recently departed Jason Momoa. What really amazes me though is after original Director Corin Hardy and lead Jason Momoa left the movie they very easily could have gone with something that they just pulled out of their asses but they didn't, instead they got Bill Skarsgard and Zach Baylin as one of the lead writers who is a very gifted and talented screenwriter his work on Creed III, Grand Turismo, and King Richard were all pretty well received. So when I heard he was doing The Crow I obviously got very excited having loved his work on Creed III but when I heard Director Rupert Sanders was doing the movie I got very skeptical however after reading in an interview with him on the movie I was immediately sold on him, he obviously acknowledged the 94 film and the death of Brandon Lee saying... " It was obviously a terrible tragedy and we very much felt his presence during production and filming we hope he's proud of what we've done, we very much feel Bill is a successor to that" when talking about how this one would compare to the original Sanders said the following “‘The Crow’ is the original anti-superhero,” Sanders said in a newly released statement. “His story is about tragic loss, about dealing with the pain of everything that comes with losing someone you love, something that all of us have or will encounter at some point in our lives. It is about the dark shadow of grief, about what we would do when something so meaningful is taken from us.” He also added “The original graphic novel is deeply meaningful for so many, and the character, his journey and his need for revenge has inspired a canon of films for the last three decades. Our version goes back to that graphic novel by James O’Barr, who I had the honor of meeting shortly before production, and explores the love story as the primary drive for our film.” after I saw this post I was like SOLD! Furthermore more original Crow producer Edward R Pressman who passed last year but his son Sam Pressman said I think what we've put together will blow people away. That's high praise coming from someone pretty important to the original movie I really think haters are gonna be eating their words when this movie comes out

I don't hate the new The Crow movie. I let myself be surprised. The new The Crow film will not be able to surpass the original. Most people already hate the movie because of the photos. They don't like the way he looks.😊😊
