Quite an ambitious project. The scanning and exploring mechanics are interesting and that tech tree is huge. When factorio first released I couldn't get enough. Now there are too many factory games competing for my time... i'm still trying to find time to play desynced.

Real interesting looking game! Kind of like Factorio on the moon, with an interesting story behind the factory and resource management aspect of the game. Looking forward to watching a few more of these videos of this game from you.

Played the demo of this A LOT over the weekend. It's really fantastic. And I for one cannot wait for the early access release which I think is early next year. Complex enough but easier to get my head around than Desynced.

I feel like the creators of this game have never even seen film footage of actual space-based anything. The physics in these cutscenes is terrible. Maybe outer space in the Crust has an atmosphere?

Def feels a combo of Ixon and Captain of Industries (and some Timberborn for the day/ night survival stuff (Instead of drought/normal seasons)) don't know if I'll play myself but will be interested in watching a play-through from you.

I played the demo when they released it in the spring. This version is far superior. I've played about 15 hours in this demo version. I am so stoked for this to come out. @Nilaus, what are your thoughts on the SA expansion for Factorio?

i tried the demo but i encountered quite a few bugs that made things a little wonky apart from that its not quite polished up enough, such as in terms of user accessability/control scheme and issues with pacing early game and tutorials as well but it does look really interesting and i have it wish-listed but i think im gonna wait for them to polish it up a bit more

instead of removing normal mining dig sites just use the fire icon to make the do this now and shut up dig order .... once done they will will wander back over to the other stuff also ignore the single refinery until you are making rare earth elements ... use the multi factory with 3 of each resource smelter ... as long as each smelter pulls from its own junction on a multi goods belt it will auto pull its need ... the single use refineries then get used with the slag in on the left one for each main material ... then to concrete ... yes the slag yields more ore's not a lot but more

0:50 that doesn't look like geostationary orbit. That's just a few hundred kilometers, your typical ISS altitude (400km), not much higher. Geostationary is 36.000km, you can see the full earth as a circle up there.

I see it as a mix between a Lunar Captain of Industry and Satisfactory. It's fun but you can definitely tell that it has a lot to improve on.

Played the demo. The dialogue is pretty bad and the negative attitudes put me off. Otherwise, cool game so far.

I really hate this stupid trned of only providing demos for a short time, then removing them. Not every game is on everyone's radar, so pletny of times you simply miss out on things...I really appreciate it everytime a dev gives us an actual demo and leaves it online. Screw everything FOMO. Seriously.

Demo is ok. Graphics suck. And its buggy. The conveyors (in the demo) don't work well/are buggy. Some factory inputs have a left and right and you end up designing your factory around that. Its not like satisfactory where you can use either. Currently, the inputs for advanced factories are not reliable. deleting a tiny portion of a conveyor will often dump the entire line across its length. And you can mine the entire underground layer without worrying about supports. A little silly. And the underground layer is just that, a single layer. Overall the game seems to have promise but I cant help wonder if they jumped the gun on the demo a bit. And its going to need a radical overhaul to be what it tries to promise it will be.
