Hell yes !!! Seen them 4 times in the last 6 or so years .once in ft worth at Riglea Theater & three times at Stub's BBQ in Austin Texas!! Always at the front & they ALWAYS KILL IT !!. Definitely left a big mark in the ass kicking book of rock and roll!!!

I am a huge Jim Morrison/Doors fan and You can tell Ian loves Morrison. I think Michael Hutchence from INXS and Ian Astbury was the closet thing we have to Morrison in our generation. Ian has kept Morrison's spirit alive and to that, I am very thankful plus the Cult 's music is great in their own right. it's a win, win situation all around and I am also grateful The Cult is still alive. There are still legends living among us. there is hope.

@@Embrachu I think the term underrated is overrated. just because people are just recognizing how great they are and were now, doesn't mean they were underrated. However, I don't think the Cult has ever gotten enough credit for what an exceptional band they are. Not even in the hall of fame. That is shameful. I would like to see singers today match Ian Astbury's voice or Duffy's guitar! not even close. That was a time when music was real, real music, real instruments, real lyrics etc....

The Cult are the most underrated band from the mid-80s to the mid-90s time period. This ballad is far better than radio-friendly unit shifters like November Rain.

I remember showing this and alot of other 80s rock to my kids when they were about 10 -12 years old and it blew their minds.... They said " You guys had the best and coolest musicians ever. And they all listen to the older stuff and some play guitar as well. Best time ,wouldn't trade it for the world.

This is the most gorgeous video. I love what they've done with the stark lighting here and the deep shadows it casts on the guys' faces, and how they've kept the clothes and jewelry simple (or even taken the shirts off). It makes the performers look "exposed," which is so fitting with the subject of the song. Brilliant. And damn pretty to look at, I might add, when your subjects are as sexy as Ian and Billy. :)

I was blessed to first see them in London when they were still The Southern Death Cult. Came back to the states and saw them in Fort Worth then of all things at a mostly “ Goth” show in Dallas they had Guns and Roses as their opening act You can imagine the confusion when Axel was going nuts on stage. One of the most underrated bands of all time. 🔥🔥🔥🎸🎸🎸👏🏻👏🏻

It's obvious to cult fans they are one of the most underrated bands ever but I believe this song is a great example for being not only underrated but as far as I know having absolutely no promotion or radio play. IMO this song is a classic it should have been in the top ten on the charts but I don't remember EVER hearing it on the radio. This seems to be true with ALMOST ALL of The Cults music. Ian has been quoted as saying: "We wouldn't kiss the ring". That's cool by me but I think you guys should have had a better promotions manager.
