The Cure means a lot to me I first discovered them by my girlfriend at the time introduced me to them. It was by far not the only thing I had not only discovered but grew attached to over the years. "Our Song" was Friday I'm in love which fit us because we would mostly meet on Fridays because school made us busy during the week. And here I am, it lasted three years which is quite a big part of my 19 years of life. Our breakup was 4 Months ago, 4 Months in which I have been improving my life a lot. Though I of course miss her from time to time, the breakup was the kick in the butt I needed to pull myself together and do something. Now life is better than ever, all thanks to her even though she isn't a part of it anymore. One could say my new life is "Just like Heaven" The Cure will be something that will remain for me, it will both accompany me in the future and remind me of the old times. I am looking forward to perhaps introduce them to my next partner when I find her eventually

My mother would have this song as her alarm when I was in elementary school. I remember seeing the blue morning hue shining through my window, soon to be woken up from her.
