All of these new songs have made me cry almost instantly at the shows we’ve seen this year. This album is going to be special which can be told simply by how emotional they are for Robert to perform. Just stunning art.

This litteraly gives me the same goosebumps now, as it did live in the Fall. This is What the cure is❤ Behind the darkness and melancholy there is the love and there is the life. This is for me a love song, this is a song written to the woman which Robert has spent the last 50 together with, who has been there for better and worse. This is just a man, who wants his wife to the last of days 🖤 Lets us all find the one, that we love as Robert loves his Mary. The person that we have to promise that we are with in the end of days, man, woman, who ever makes us happy

Beautiful editing, that moment of affection between Simon and Robert. I have watched lots of these videos from this tour and its obvious Robert is saying goodbye, they all are. I am so thankful I got tickets to see them this summer. The new songs are among their very best.

huge fan since 85, seen them I can't count at this point, this cache of songs so far makes me tear up more than Bloodflowers did, going to be a great album when it's finally out. Mansfield MA this weekend the rain started with the first note of Alone, AND a rainbow appeared as if on cue. Great show

While I love the audio, and I can appreciate the work that went into the multi camera edit, I don't like how the footage is from different nights. It looks great, but the fact that the audio isn't actually the same as the video kills it for me 😅

@@Cyril.Heimburger the fact that he is wearing different shirts tells me the video isn't from the audio. It's just a weird thing I have. The video is very good, and I know the amount of work that went into it is tremendous. I really appreciate that. But for me, when I see Robert on screen in this video, I know the images don't match the audio. His expressions, his movements, his body position and his emotions aren't from the same performance. It's like if it was a lip sync or mime performance, or a studio video. It's visually appealing, but the emotions aren't the same as if it were a video of a single performance.

For me, that's the whole concept of multicam editing: mixing the most moving moments from different concerts into one. Apparently, sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. You really liked the Endsong one which brings together more than 20 different shows, not so much this one... Maybe it's related to the editing, maybe it's all very subjective?! I really don't know. Hope you enjoy the next one.

@@Cyril.Heimburger vayamos por partes, musicalmente (lo nuevo de) los Cure estan vacios, no hay emocion, acordes manidos, cualquiera puede prever la evolucion de su narrativa musical, fijate que faith era repetitivo hasta la saciedad, pero era una aliteracion profunda, esta cosita es musica de ascensor, joder ! los textos ? basicamente decir "que ahora que me voy quedate conmigo, quedate con lo bueno y olvida lo malo y digamos adios mientras nos abrazamos", diossss, increible letra, donde queda Tennyson, Byron,..., y tambien un poquito de decoro, ya supongo que a robert se la sopla todo, pero es que parece mi vecina del quinto cuando se levanta de la cama !!!

@@patrickdressler999 "I know i know" es repetitivo porque tiene el sentido de serlo. Es la aceptación de la llegada de la vejez, que no es poca cosa. Tal vez no sea tan común en letras de canciones de hoy. Si buscas ese tipo de reflexión implícita, la encuentras en otras canciones? Sí, la forma no es Shakespeare, no creo que lo intente. Pero tiene un sentido de darse cuenta de la muerte, que por otra parte es un tema universal y manido en la literatura de siempre. La música es mejor que la de Faith, son mejores músicos...
