+MrPoopyButthole69 have faith. think of it like an alternative sandwich bun. Then drizzle some Chile Maple Syrup on the whole damn thing. Sweet and spicy syrup, with salty and savory fried chicken, all sitting on a bed of fluffy buttery waffles. decadent AF and yummy.

Here's a thought. Get rid of the waffles all together and deep fry the chicken in a waffle batter mix. Instead of chicken and waffles, you get chaffles.

It's shameful to even call Buzzfeed journalism, let alone simple entertainment. Buzzfeed is simply a biased channel, doing nothing but callout anything and anyone they disagree with.

Vox performs good journalism, but its clear political bias prevents anyone from actually taking them seriously. They weed out facts that go against their own political standings, as well as they cover up truths about serious incidences whenever they feel like it goes against their own "moral code".

Depending on where you go they normally use chicken tenders, but the more authentic places use chicken breasts or stuff with not as many bones

What's so hard to understand? Have you never eaten a piece of roast chicken with a knife and fork? Like a an order of half a chicken or a quarter chicken dinner? And haven't you ever had it with some kind of bread and gravy or sauce? Well think of the waffle as the bread and the syrup as the sauce. If you don't want to use utensils then fine, use your fingers like normal fried chicken. Tear the waffle. Dip the chicken in the syrup instead. Don't make it seem so odd or complicated. Sheesh!

Brunch=lazy sundays with lots of food and drinks in the mix, idk if it’s an exciting thing but sure ain’t a bad way to spend part of your Sunday but Austin does it better than a small town outside the city would. My guess is that location matters.

Yes, and I'm no expert in how the "common" lobster handles this but the river crabs where I come from are very sensitive to changes in water quality. And since many streams started to get full of fertilizers and generally less clean about 80-100 years ago this might have an impact too!

You forgot to mention that the sandwich was originated in England... by the Earl of Sandwich, an admiral serving in the 17th century... the story goes that the enemy appeared suddenly and the Earl had no time to suit down to eat his dinner... so they stuck a slab of meat between slices of bread so he could eat and work at the same time...

The lobster change reminds me a lot of chicken wings. Once upon a time, chicken wings were considered waste. Compared to the other parts on the chicken, there wasn't enough meat on the bones to be worth it. Serving it could be a sign of being poor. But then the Buffalo wing happened in the 60's. They were slow to pick up momentum, but over the following 3 decades, the price on chicken wings kept climbing and climbing, mostly due to the fact that one person could eat 4 - 8 chickens' wings in one sitting. Now they are the priciest cut of the chicken.
