I disinfect all my dish sponges everyday so, it's clean for the next use. I also disinfect the ice cube trays and containers as my practice. Same with the dish clothes. Part of housework is disinfecting or sterilizing tools and equipment used for keeping food and cleaning. I'm probably the only one who cleans the broom before keeping or hand wipes the floor.

今日も癒しの動画をありがとうございました☘️ 地球温暖化や異常気象は、私も歳をとるにつれて強く感じています😢 昔に比べて異常に暑く、急に土砂降りの雨が降ったり、外に洗濯物を干して太陽の匂いがする服やタオルを使うのが大好きなのですが、それが最近はなかなか出来ずに部屋干しが多くて残念に思っています😢 それに、環境には良くないのですが毎日エアコンを使わないと生活できません😭 私はビニールもよく使うし、なかなか環境に優しい生活ができていなくて、細かい工夫をされている하미마미 さんを尊敬すると共にちょっと自分が恥ずかしいですが、これから私も少しずつ、環境のことを考えながら生活してみようと思います😊 よく考えてみたら、私の祖母や母は、新聞紙で野菜を包んで保管したり環境に優しい洗剤やシャンプーを使っていました😮 昔の人の知恵を参考にするのもいいかもしれませんね😊 スイカのサラダもとても美味しそうですが、私はキムチのキンパを初めてみました❤ 韓国の海苔巻きは私も真似してよく作りますが、今度キムチ作りに挑戦して、キムチのキンパも作ってみようと思います😊 お肉やお魚も美味しいですが、お野菜がおかずの主役になる料理もとてもいいですね🥰 季節の野菜を沢山食べて、暑い夏を乗り切れるよう私も頑張ります😉

Been watching your days for almost two years.,...each day spreads calmness in my mind. It creates a smile on my face ....there were many episodes of you, in which the care to nature was stressed. Yes, we can atleast make a small initiative towards that. I take a cloth bag to the market. I tell the vendors that I have a bag and don't need a plastic bag. I store them wrapped in paper 😊 When we built a house, we used almost 45pc less cement and glass. We used much less chemical paints for our home. It's not plastered but with exposed bricks. We designed it in a way that there is no need for lights and fans during the day time. We switch on lights only when it's getting dark. ....let's join our hands for our kids, so that they get pure water,good air and a good soil to live in❤❤❤❤❤love to hami, her mommy and daddy❤❤❤❤❤

정말 너무 좋은 말씀이네요. 런던 갔을때도 길거리에서 포도 한 송이조차 내가 원하는 만큼만 양을 재서 사고 그랬는데 그게 너무 와 닿았어요. 당연히 비닐은 없었구요. 장바구니에 유리빨대까지 들고다니지만, 근처 마트만 가도 플라스틱 없는 거 찾는게 하늘의 별따기 보다 더 어려운 것 같아요. 한국은 하면 할 수 있는 나라와 사람이라는 생각이 있는데, 왜 시작을 하지 못할까 의아합니다. 하미마미님 처럼 이렇게 생각해 주시는 분들이 많아질 수록 더 좋은 영향을 끼칠 수 있겠지요?

As someone with well water and thus a limited amount of water, to conserve as much water as possible when washing dishes, I have a pan of hot soapy water for washing and another pan of clean water for rinsing. When the dishes are all washed, the water used for rinsing goes to the vegetable garden, as the slightly soapy water acts as a natural pesticide. Also, not too sure on that bubble wrap in the refrigerator. Refrigerators need good air flow otherwise they risk developing mold, so make sure you keep an eye out for that.

Brocolli stalks are so good in curry! Especially the Japanese style that cooks a long time so they become softened and chewy 😊 I really appreciate seeing how thoughtfully you achieve environmental protection in your daily life. I also try to do this. Your garden flowers must be supporting a healthy colony of bees 🐝🍑🍉🌸

Bonjour de France, Je me joins à vous avec plaisir. Nous avons la chance en France d’avoir des sachets en papier pour nos légumes. Certains magasins ne distribuent plus du tout de sachet plastique ni même de sachet papier, il faut venir avec son sac ou ses boites si on achète en vrac. Ça fait déjà beaucoup de plastique en moins. Je suis une mamie de 71 ans et j’apprends à mes petits-enfants à manger des produits de saison. Ils sont sensibilisés à l’école sur l’environnement et ils comprennent tout à fait qu’il faut faire des efforts. Cela me réjouit quand ils viennent chez moi. Je leur apprends des petites choses toutes simples pour participer au mieux être de la planète. Je vous encourage vivement à continuer ce que vous faites, nos enfants et petits-enfants en profiteront plus tard. J’attends toujours avec impatience la prochaine vidéo. Hi Hamimmommy. It's up to all of us to conserve water, and be mindful of what we eat and to reduce waste. One of the best things you can do is grow your own food because so much fuel is used in the harvesting, processing and transportation of food from farms to shops.I know your garden at your new house won't be large but even if your husband planted crops in between flowers, you would still produce a lot. I love doing it. The other thing I've started doing is saving all packaging and paper I can't avoid and use it to contain and wrap waste and rubbish I can't recycle. I remember my grandmother wrapping the rubbish in newspaper, not plastic bags. Of course, no-one buys newspapers anymore but it reminds me that any sort of excess packing will do. ❤

My grandmother used to make sweet pickles from watermelon rinds. Delicious!

Every little thing matters. We must all make that conscious effort in our daily lives. 💞
