Games Workshop lost their bid to copyright "Space Marine" as it is a term that has been in use in sci-fi since the 1930s. That's why GW began to use "Astartes" instead.

Well to be fair they had always been know as the Adeptus Astartes but it is only in the wake of the Chapterhouse lawsuit that GW began to more actively refer to them as such.

well the legionaries have same training routine as space marines for like 1 year spartans 4-6 years depending on terrain specialization and doom marines training for rest of they service.

Yeah... that human will easily be dead meat. Our gorilla creature will kill another victim. Easily. Um... something didn't go as the arrogant beings believed. When their gorilla creature was cut down to size, then lost its head, there should have been a collective, oh, shit! Instead, there were more and more killed. Even more killed when the soldier learned of the slaves being held. That Ambassador made a strong cause to ban slavery. He also countered their charges against the soldier. It would be a shame to send the other soldiers out to free all slaves. A shame for those species that refused to submit to the proposed new law.

This is sort of meta; a Human referring to Video Games as if they are as real as he is, and that this 'logically justifies' Humans having Supersoldiers. I do not get the logic really, but the Meta Part is like a book protagonist somehow talking to the author and telling the author "Hey author make this fair, give us Supersoldiers." Odd humor I guess where I understand only part of the intent. But the part I really do not understand is two words "Angrily Helmeted" = what does that mean? How is that different from Soldiers that are merely grumpy while wearing a Helmet? To the author this made sense, but I do not understand it.

Umm ... the reason given why they can have super soldiers wasn't the video games, those were why they couldn't use certain names. The reason why they morally could have super soldiers was that the others had slaves, so they were in no position to question the humans' morals.
