Depending on how you judge things like age, coming off injury, etc. Dak is somewhere between 11 and 15 in QB ratings. He trounces bad teams and bad defenses, pads his stats in garbage time but shrinks against better competition, especially better defenses when playing out of the division. His "MVP runner-up" status last season was a mirage.

If Tennessee is bad this year, Dak needs to go there and he would be in mvp talks (if he plays similar to how he is now)

They will continue to do well against bad teams (commanders fan) during the season, but will dookie the bed as soon as it comes to the playoffs.

Also the fact that the Eagles got way better in the off season and the fact that the Commanders are developing something special that they could be the team in the NFC East In a year or 2

I'm not a cowboys fan, but they are the Greatest team I've ever seen, and with Dak at the helm, how can you lose? He has a Winning record every season against teams with losing records, plus a Losing record against teams with winning records (18-24= .428). Also has a losing record in the playoffs (2-5), And Dak was 0-4 straight up and 6-12 (31.3%) against the spread (ATS) on the road against teams with a winning record, one of the worst in the history of the NFL. Pay that man his $60 million a year.

What cowboys fans should be hoping for is the cowboys having no expectations entering the post season. I think that all the expectations for them to win the Súper bowl after a great regular season is really getting to them because of the culture that jerry has cultivated, and the only way they can make something is if they think nobody expects anything of them.

I don’t see how the cowboys keep Dak because he has a clear ceiling and has shown time and time again that he shrinks in the playoffs. ik Jerry is all about loyalty but even I don’t see him paying a 30 year old qb that is only going to get worse.
