you are right.. i was raised to feel I'm bad to speak out when people are being mean to us, but that just leads to feeling really wound up if i don't say to someone when they are being abusive etc.. so now i find it helps a lot to just say exactly how i feel even if the person is not there any more, just to get the feelings out of me before they brew up in me I'm glad i found your channel... you deserve a lot more views and subscribers!
