No, thats Dead Shot. He is going to be in the animated prequel "Gotham Knights". The other Joker figure is from that too. That's why it looks so different.

these toys r soooo cool! but if you take a look, batman's cape is barely scalloped.

they also have a firefly figure, but it just may be another batman figure. Any picture of two-face is basically hidden by warner bros because they want everything about his look to be a surprise, even the toys ;].

Is Two-Face going to be in the next movie? Didn't he die in The Dark Knight? I know some fans have speculated that he survived the fall and Batman locked him up somewhere, but it seems kind of unlikely that they could hide his body before the police showed up.
