@@tonyke2550 so many plot holes, so much stupidity, weird continuity errors, bizarre timelines and one of the worst deaths in cinema history not to mention one of the most moronic endings in any film. Oh and I forgot community college Batman at the end that would die in his first week.

Too bad you didn't see The Dark Knight in IMAX. I went three times compared to just the one time with Rises. Rises looked great, but yeah, the first fight was cool, though.

Nicely cut together (aside from the 1.78:1 footage). Glad they put the full IMAX footage on the Blu-ray box set bonus disc.

It actually looks really damn good. After collecting IMAX film for a while, I've noticed it has a really beautiful beige aspect that seems to get lost in digital presentations, so the colors here seem much closer to that

@@TheDylanHoang I’ve seen an IMAX print of TDKR less than a year ago and it doesn’t look like this. Idk why you think film strips you collected, would give you any idea about the way the movie is actually supposed to look. Because you don’t have the right light source for it. Both in color temperature and purity. If anything, the actual prints of photochemically finished movies like this, are ever so slightly cooler when projected on film in a theater than the digital versions. And TDKR SDR transfer is probably one of the digital versions that looks most like the prints. This doesn’t look like the print. Especially the contrast. The highlights are blown out and the shadows are muddied. Even a print from a third generation dupe negative wouldn’t look like this.
