There's examples of good people all around them, they choose not to take that route. There is more than enough good examples around the community to display why they shouldn't be doing what they doing, they choose to do it because to some the lifestyle of a street person is appealing and you can thank glorification of that lifestyle via the media, businesses and some in the hood for that.
