The Day I PROPOSED in Japan (She Had NO IDEA!)

Craig proposed in Japan - It actually HAPPENED!!
Just when I thought our time in Japan couldn't get any better, Craig dropped down on one knee and asked me to marry him - of course I said yes (well.... I think I did.. I took the ring anyway haha)
I don't even know where to start - It really was the shock of my life! I had no idea it was coming and Craig was CONVINCED I knew after having the ring stashed in the lining of his suitcase for the last 6 weeks!
After some help from his mum to pick the ULTIMATE cherry blossom / sakura inspired ring and after a traditional call with my Dad to ask if he was allowed Craig took me to a park in Tokyo sprinkled with Cherry blossom trees and asked me to be his wife. It was perfect and emotional and overwhelming all at the same time and i cannot stop looking at my ring. I'm i n love.
This is the video of the run up - the anxiety- the proposal and the love bubble after math including one of Tokyo's most INSANE hotel rooms and a Michelin star restaurant.

When I tell you I am BAWLING. You guys deserve the world and I am so happy for the both of you 🥺❤️ Aimee, I’m elated for you. My fiance took 12 years before he proposed to me and it took me by surprise too so I can absolutely empathize with that feeling of shock and joy all at once after the longest time of waiting. This video has me grinning from ear to ear. As many others, the tears were rolling once Craig called Aimee’s dad! I love how thoughtful the ring is with the pink sapphire for the cherry blossoms. 🥹 Biiig congratulations to the both of you!! Your love for each other shines in this video. 🫶🏼

The best proposal ever because it meant so much to her - in the right setting.. not realizing what Craig had planned but trusting him that the day in the blossoms was a great day. I had tears streaming as she stepped backwards in shock!! Way to go Mr Holmes.., Aimee he has your heart!! You make his days shine!!!

I was in a grouchy mood today until I saw this! Congratulations! My husband and I just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary two days ago. All relationships require work but “nothing worth having comes easy” and he truly is my best friend. When you simply can’t imagine not sharing all the highs and lows with anyone else, that’s when you know. Thanks for sharing your good news. I'm only about 12 minutes in the video and I'm in tears when Craig called Amy's dad and her dad gave Craig his blessing amy and Craig are my favorite people on KZfaq there video's always make my dad better especially lately when my days seem more cloudy thank you both for bringing some sunshine ❤ congratulations ❤❤

I don't know that I've ever cried so much for a proposal in a movie as I am right now for you guys. The convo with Dad was everything!
