Love the interactions between 10 and 11, like "Oh! You've redecorated!" "Yeah!" "I don't like it..."

It's a shame the eighth doctor, McGann's, involvement was resigned to a minisode and not part of the 50th Anniversary episode, imagine if he was in this trailer? Such an important moment in Doctor Who's history should have and deserves to be on TV and plenty of non internet using fans have still not seen it or know about The Night of the Doctor

Okay, I'm looking at the comments and almost EVERYONE is saying they only like either Tennant or Smith. Am I the only one who likes both of them?

Can't believe it's nearly been a year since the 50th anniversary already. I remember it like it just happened a few days ago. Watching an Adventure in Space and Time, coming home to the epic surprise that was The Night of The Doctor and then Day of The Doctor. So much excitement and so much awesomeness. If I could somehow go back and experience it all again without breaking the rules of time travel I would.

Dr.Who has taken over my life . I wish the Doctor can last forever . the 50th Anniversary episode i can't stop watching.Today i'm gonna re watch all the Dr.Who season than i'm gonna fangirl and cry about how much i love it. For my birthday i'm getting the Dr.Who merchandises .

No matter how they made the special, people are going to bitch about it. The episode was brilliantly written with great sense of character. Now, who's excited for the Christmas Special with Peter Capaldi?

That "Allons-y!" made me smile. It just said "YES 10 IS COMING BACK IN ALL HIS TEN-NESS." Ten may not have been my first Doctor (that was 9), but he will always be my favorite.

I want an entire series with 10 and 11 living in the TARDIS together. And then 12 comes and he's like an older brother to them and they'd not even need companions because they'd be their own companions and just... I'm dying.

It saddens me that almost nobody in the comments knows that "Oh, you've redecorated... I don't like it" was originally said by the 2nd Doctor. What makes it worse is that the 10th Doctor is one of the worse doctors imo.

Why do they love each other's glasses? Ecleston was offered a big or medium choice to be in the show .Moffat wrote 3 versions of the script with him in it at varying lengths - damn shame he didn't get on board.

We not only get to see numbers 10 and 11 onscreen together, but also finally get to see the Time War! It's a shame Christopher Eccleston or any of the other doctors aren't going to return.

The best about this is simply that we get to see Matt and David both being The Doctor. The interaction between these 2 Doctor's is in my opinion the most interesting part about the special. I'm also curious if they're gonna show us the regeneration of Matt Smith where he turns into the 12th Doctor.

This feels like a real movie. Excitement and humor and nostalgia. Is 10's Tardis CGI or did they rebuild it? Oh my god the scene with the screwdriver off. Penis envy? I'm just sad they couldn't get Eccleston back.

I can't help but remember having the Silver Nemesis (25th anniversary show) VHS with the making of special afterwards. They say to the actress playing the villain 'Are you hoping to be around for the 50th too, then?' to which she just laughs and as a child in the 90's all i could think bitterly was 'nice for them thinking genuinely it'll just go on and on, but I know it'll never come back' Then it came back... And it' reached that 50th And we thought it...good

i think i was the only one who screamed like a little girl watching this. whats not to love on this trailer, David Tennant is back for another try after the fans went beserk on facebook for one more episode with him.

SPOILER ALERT! - All the Doctors are in the episode. Tom Baker flew in from France on 25th June for scenes, wow, you should see how they played it, it's amazing! Peter Davidson did scenes with Tennant and Smith on 3rd-7th July. McGann filmed his on 2nd-7th July, McCoy and Colin Baker did scenes on 19th July, and wait for it, after a big kiss and hug from Russell T Davis, Christopher Eccleston agreed to came back and did some short scenes for the last 9 minutes of the episode, but only if they agreed to not try typecast him, filmed on 12-14th September. The three dead Doctors were CGI. Though the 1st Doctor was played by David Bradley in the trotter lane scenes, oh no gave more away, Moffat lied his arse off to you again. Now, please... Just stop trying to spoil it before it has been broadcast. Ps> Don't tell anyone else this info. Because now you won't have anything to look forward to on 23rd November. Isn't that what you all wanted?.

Hands down, best episode I've ever seen. And that ending...so much possibility, so much promise. The future is going to be an interesting place, an interesting place indeed.

(Whisper men are behind them.) [Outside the tomb] SIMEON: It was a minor skirmish, by the Doctor's blood-soaked standards. Not exactly the Time War, but enough to finish him. In the end, it was too much for the old man. JENNY: Blood-soaked? VASTRA: The Doctor has been many things, but never blood-soaked. SIMEON: Tell that to the leader of the Sycorax, or Solomon the trader, or the Cybermen, or the Daleks. Also correct me if im getting this wrong...It seems that after all the doctor never did destroy Gallifrey, he just happened to forget about what actually happened. His past wasn't exactly changed, because that was the event that actually happened. Like I said, his past self just didn't know the truth.

@Rory Lennon Tennant is back supposedly only for the 50th, the old is John Hurt's doctor, who is 8 regenerated into forcefully to become a warrior for the Time-War, hence the name War-Doctor. The war-doctor is between 8 and 9.

Also, I really hope Rose is a Zygon and not the real Rose. She was a whiny brat who got what she deserved in Doomsday. Edit: I take back what I said. I'm sorry, I was out of line there. Surely Matt's doctor knows exactly what's going to happen, having lived through it as the 10th Doctor. Why, then, does he not remember John Hurt's doctor, or, presumably, know what to do in this episode straight away (assuming they'll figure something out during the episode)?

I wish eccleston was in this with hurt turning into him at the end. It would make a tie in with the ninth doctor going to rose.

To all of you concerned with the regeneration cycle it has clearly been stated in the past month that the events in the day of the doctor and the christmas special will ensure the show will continue indefinitely so we could potentially celebrate the 100th anniversary in the years to come.

I really like how they hint at the war doctor being the bad guy but at the end of the day he is just as lovable as the others.

For all the people asking why the 11th doctor wouldn't just remember all this happening from being the 10th: That isn't the 10th. That's his half human clone that went with rose to the parallel timeline. Hence rose being there too.

The argument between 1Dday and the 50th anniversary of doctor who is pointless. Guys, we can't own anything by fighting. What if we just let the directioners watch their freaking livestream and us, whovians watch our doctor(s). It's a free world, guys. Stop the hate. The doctor doesn't like that

They could have looked amazed that the TARDIS has got the St. John Ambulance badge back and the window frames are white again. That way they would have been referencing the TARDIS first appearance as a police box in 1963.

My Mates and I came up with a couple of ideas about Who John Hurts Doctor could be, let me know what you think. 1. He's an Older version of the 8th Doctor (this is based off the fact that's its the time war, they never mention that time period between the TV Movie and the time war and finally because Hurts outfit is very similar to the 8th Doctors in the Run Molly, Run Big finish audio adventures) 2. Hes The Valeyard ( That's only because the Valeyard technically was around and is a splinter between the 12th and 13th Doctors, so that's were the whole memory thing comes in)

I'm just happy to see there is still a someone in the industry able to keep everyone involved lips sewn shut to give us a wonderful surprise. I get so sick of the every movie and special event being leaked in its entirety before the Big Day. With these wonderful little last minute surprises me and my boys are looking to Saturday with baited breath. Now to get the treats ready. Bad Wolf drinks and Dalek soufles. Any suggestions for kid friendly Dr Who treats?

Please stop saying they are trying to dumb down Doctor Who to appeal to American audiences. America has created some of the best TV in history, in just recent history we created Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, American Horror Story and going way back how about Star Trek, Twin Peaks ,X-Files The Sopranos, M*A*S*H*, I could go on and on. That being said, I don't feel this Doctor Who episode was dumbed down. Most of the issues that people are complaining about can be excused by the "Rose" character trying to help the John Hurt doctor come to terms with his decision. Also, this episode was more about celebrating Doctor Who's 50th anniversary, which I think was done well. Can't wait for future episodes.

I understand we have yet to learn at what point 10 meets 11, but it is still interesting. Perhaps his mind is wiped? I have no clue. Makes me that much more excited XD

The painting was the one that fascinated me, how did they achieved that effect in the show. I can only dream of the day when graphics allow for that high degree of depth and visuals in TV's art, and movie screens. Virtual reality, maybe?.
