In this video I test five pellets through the Daystate Air Wolf MCT to see which works best at 50 yards. Not all pellets will give the same result with other rifles, or even the same rifle model, and some will work better in different conditions and ranges. I start off at home at 20 yards before going to the range and testing the same brands at 50 yards. The best one will be used in a shoot out challenge in the next video.

Hi, I've been watching your videos for a few years. I get the impression that these are the best targets he has ever made. I congratulate. Your channel is very good and I like to watch it. It is a very accurate weapon. Enjoy it. A greeting from Spain.

Sorry to hear that you have been caught by the virus, but glad to hear that you are now on the mend. It must have been a very harrowing time for you and the family. Enjoy your day out shooting Mark. You'll have to let me know how you get on with the Terminators. I think you'll be quite happy with them, and let me know how the new BSA CLX does. All the best. Happy Christmas an New Year to you and the family. Mark HOLDING. (ASE)

not bad results mark,i thought the bisley magnum may have grouped a little tighter than they did ,im shooting the h&n baracuda match @10.65 and getting great results,ive tried the jsb heavy but for me the baracudas are much tighter and for hunting which i do a lot of they do have a hell of a thump when they hit,looks like the sovereigns did the best in your daystate,,looking forward to the follow up vid,,👍👍👍👍

nice one some good food there for some poor rat.i remember once we ere shooting down range and a rat ran out grabbed an old apple core and cleared off rite near the targets.im doing a lot of pellet testing mainly cause of a growing collection of pcp/s interested in the red wolf and even the Kral maxi at the mo with a two stage trigger[bit of a trigger fetisher]. got the jsb test tins .177 & 22.always include ds sovereigns/falcon ft/crossman premier. not sure that once ive found the best pellet to try others of similar weight ?could be worth a go

Interesting I reckon using the r10 I would put money on it being either the Terminator or Bisley Magnums th at came out on top. Classic moment when we could all see that the Apple had dropped off but of course you couldn't 😁 brilliant waiting for you to scope the target only to find it had gone 😳 must have been a tough old apple to stand up to the Terminators onslaught 👍as usual an interesting test cheers Mark. Any ideas where I can get a good quality R10 single shot loader?

Yes, my R10 definitely does a better job at 50 yards. I haven't really tried my Falcon or Brococks with them at 50 yards yet. Will be interesting to find out. That's another video to see which rifle does best. Many thanks Mark H.

Hi. When you press the trigger when your air rifle is not installed, does the hammer hit the valve?
@airgunsniper-elite7385
@airgunsniper-elite7385 Жыл бұрын
The rifle will not fire unless it is switched on with a key. You then need to take the rifle off of safety to switch the rifle on. Once the rifle is off safe the electronic trigger will work like a standard trigger mechanically, but instead of releasing a trigger sear on the hammer it works on a solonoid switch to actuate the valve. The probe doesn't cock a hammer like a normal pcp it is just there to load a pellet into the breach. Every time you pull the trigger a shot is fired.

Is, and wat flb is it when it's set on hi setting Mate I would really a appreciate your time And if it's on the low setting, is the a way of you know moving up, I don't what a fac, but it would be nice to be able to tune it a little like on a normal rifle we can Titan hammer screw I can find any information on these two things I will say this every time I pull the trigger I smile Really like it But I will never part with my old falcons

A lot will depend on pellet choice. I have mine set to full power all the time, so I've not really uses the medium or low yet since it came back from the factory. When I received it, it was doing about 14 ft/lbs so it now runs no higher than about 11.8 ft/lbs with the most efficient pellet. I will test all three settings tomorrow and post the video for you.. As far as hammer adjustment I think they run totally different from a mechanical hammered rifle. It's all down to the programed software that fires a selonoid and a set electrical pulse to open the valve. This is all done at the factory by plugging the rifle into a computer or laptop. Some dealerships such as Drapers in Nottingham are trained by Daystate to do this work as recognised service centres. Other users buy heliboard online by someone based in Spain. He has designed his own program and computer board to replace the standard Daystate board and gives up to 20 different settings. If you Google it you can probably find out more. I expect with the standard rifle the low setting will be about 6 ft/lbs, the middle setting around 9 or 10 and the high power 11.5 to 11.8. I will sort it out in the morning at Post it for you. Hope that helps. Mark.
