Well actually she did. In my opinion. Well, she killed them, then felt guilty and removed herself for them to be happy. Then she realized there's no happiness. So then it's pointless, they weren't real, she just had to kill everyone. Even though Monika isn't too. and if you didn't notice, Natsuki the last one to "die". Yeah, she didnt even die. So maybe, she just felt like she was guilty enough so she didn't want to harm all of them

I think there's something in the game files that say this, but i can't remember, i'm 75% sure that it's canon, that's why Natsuki was the last one to be deleted, because Monika didn't wanted to harm her
