Most Women in America don't care if they get knocked up because they know they got the Government to fall back on for cash and prizes in the form of welfare, food stamps, child $upport, section 8 housing, etc. Remove Big Daddy Government from the picture and you'll see the birth rates plummit to virtually only seeing Married Women with Husband's in the home having Children.
