So far I'm having a really good time with this title, I thought it so creative to have what's generally a heavy attack button used as a gunshot to interrupt a combo and lead into a basic combo. 👍🏿👍🏿

Ahhh, "sans Itagaki" is such a soothing pair of words to hear. I'd really like a peak into the world where Ninja Gaiden and Ryu Hayabusa weren't just names pasted onto an unrelated game. Who knows, maybe we'll eventually see some kind of awesome remake of the original trilogy and finally reconcile the original aesthetic with the admittedly fantastic modern gameplay. I wonder what the odds are of Platinum being involved somehow, just to ensure the game's well balanced, too. All that aside, can't we at least get a Ninja Gaiden classic re-release collection by now?

when i first saw gameplay of this on twitter against some random ninja commando guy, my first thought was "this looks as awkward to play as Devil's Third...in fact just the general look of EVERYTHING reminds me of that game." and i have even heard this described as "Devil's Third 2"

The game play is solid and fun but, has a learning curve. It's a game that combines sword and gun play while using guard cancels and parries. The combos are meant to be short, guns are weak but, are meant to be combo extenders. It gives you flexibility to cancel your 1st attack into an evasion or an attack at the end of it. The game play is the highlight(same with the ost) but, the rest not as much. You get better as you learn and unlock skills.(This is too anyone that is interested in the game).

This game looks like goofy fun. I’ll have to check it out. They’re a nice change of pace between long open world AAA games and RPGs.

I got the announcement for it a week ago or so and was so confused, but in a good way, by it having this retro anime looking trailer that went like five minutes. There was probably a lot of editing around the dying but this did not end up looking as hard as a stream of it that I watched. Maybe I am gonna get this at a sale or something, it looks like it could be fun in a B-movie kind of way.

This is a bad game. But it’s MY kind of bad. 😆 I bought it the day it came out, and it’s everything I wanted it to be, jank and all. I’ll never defend this in any kind of conventional sense, but with the right mindset, there’s a lot to like.

You can also kick the crane game up to 4 or 5 times to shuffle stuff around and make it easier to get. If you kick it more than that it malfunctions, but you get a trophy called Vandal.

Yeah, I saw this game I got interested in it coz Stephanie Jooste, who played Quiet in MGSV, is in it (she's the cop lady with the cat). Kinda sucks that it's not good, but it looks like jank fun if you have money to throw when you see it on discount.

I played the game and it still needs time in the over to be honest. The foundation is there but it needs some tweaks. Combat seems unresponsive at times, just needs to be more fluid. Boss fights are very frustrating and the voice acting is terrible. Still I'm playing it

Good shit as always. Can I recommend Mega Man Arena? It's a solid fanmade thats basically Super Smash Bros with MM characters and has surprisingly deep evasion and mechanics. It's pretty fun and free.
