I found this band this beautiful band on a Spotify radio suggestion. The sound and sentiment of the songs they perform are stunning, At 58 years old you can stumble on greatness and bask in its warmth.

Just saw them in Bilbao, Spain. I talked with the guys, a nice bunch that love what they do and are having a good time touring Europe. I Loved the show. What a great singer, great voice, excellent musicians and fantastic songs. For many reasons I needed that kind of shooting music and it was just like taking a medicine for the pain. Thanks a lot, guys.

They are wonderful. Stumbled on them on a music magazine compilation CD. Then listened to more. They have this wonderful way of making you feel and the characters. I agree, real soul.

I just discovered this band through an article about one of the members. I LOVE them. This song is so great and the singer is amazing, so soulful like others have said. I will look for a Portland show date, hopefully soon!

The guitar player is Willy Vlautin, a quite famous american writer. Good books actually, some of them were turned into movies.
