No the Titan XP is the bottleneck. It can't handle 8k gaming at a stable framerate.

HyphenSam the new Xp (not the same as XP) should be able to run that particular game at around 30 fps without AA at 8k.

I dont think it can. It has 4 times the amount pixels of a 4k screen. The youtuber "Thirty IR" owns this monitor and drives it with 4 way Sli Titan Xp 2017. He gets above 70-90 fps in every game.

There is no graphics card that is out right now able to play games at 8K with smooth framerates. It's impossible.

On a 32" monitor, you need to be 12 inches or less from an 8k display to see individual pixels. That number becomes 25 inches for 4k and 37 inches for 1440. Of course, when are you ever gonna have a 32" 1440 monitor... EDIT: also 19 inches for a 5k 32" monitor

@@cm01 I'll say this now but for the most part your maths is a little off. It's one thing being able to see pixels if you sit close enough, it's another being able to see whole screen whilst you do this. That is why I think 8K is pointless.

That's called masking. You take two videos from the same angle, overlay video 1 (v1) on top of video 2 (v2) and make it so only parts of v1 are showing that don't overlap the content in v2.

2024, Asus has announced another 32 inch 8k monitor and it's miniled but before you get happy imma have to tell that you probably would be better of with the dell 8k because the Asus option is litterly gonna cost around $8000😭

These will take place in the summer of 2020, we have 3 years to go before 4k and 8k screens need to be really available for the masses. Of course television or internet companies have to step up their game, most of them only stream in full HD.
