Just discovered these guys. I've seen mixed opinions regarding their light-hearted approach. Personally I find it as a breath of fresh air. Tbh they seem more trustworthy due to not taking themselves too seriously or acting it up too much. Sad to see I found this series after the conclusion :c

Throughout this entire series the idea is that there supposed to be stuck in a place with ghosts but it has become more like ghosts getting stuck with Shane with Ryan tagging along.

The fact that Ryan sprayed holy water on Shane and he didn’t recoil in pain while screaming means the holy water clearly wasn’t blessed properly.

It's so weird that in most instances of this house being investigated that the "evidence" recorded has the spirits asking for help.

😂 Shane and Ryan are legitimately the human personification of Yinyang. They are total opposites, at least in the belief in ghosts department, but they work so well together at the same time. It's nice to have that balance of believer and non-believer at the same time.

I miss this format. I like what they are doing with watcher but my favorite was Ryan’s research and breakdown of the history of the place with photos etc

I rewatch all of these while I chart on the weekends. I'm not exaggerating when I say I stop working several times a day to just relish in how much I love this show and how much joy it brings me.

I’m late on the comments but reading through some of the comments is genuinely frustrating. Claiming that neither of them take the investigations seriously… I don’t believe that’s the case. I think both do an amazing in depth and fantastic job of fact sourcing.. they narrate compellingly and neither fake emotions for better content. Do they sometimes make jokes in inappropriate times, yes. But is it because they’re goofing around or is it a self soothing method to help calm each other down…. End of the day these guys are my all time favourite go to for spoooky content because nothing is overplayed for dramatic effect. As believable as can be when we aren’t personally in the room to witness

The pure unbridled joy of “I GET ONE!?!?” When Shane realizes he gets a holy water gun too

I still believe the fan theory that Shane is actually a demon that was sent to haunt Ryan, but he ended up enjoying his company so he goes to these haunted places with Ryan to protect him and enjoy him getting scared.

Been binging this on my old work before and just remembered it now. Still the best ghost hunting series I've ever watch due to how realistic it is

I would love a found footage horror/comedy movie, in the style of grave encounters, where its just as spooky as what happens in grave encounters, but it stars the unsolved crew, just being themselves as ACTUAL ghost stuff is going down. I think itd be funny.

Imagine ghosts see humans as ghosts as they’re living their ‘normal’ lives. Seeing and hearing grown men meowing with cat ears on at the bottom of your staircase as they slowly crawl up the stairs would be terrifying.

Shane isn't the kind of guy who dips his toes in or dives in. He's the kind of guy who chains cinderblocks to his feet and THEN dives in.

Rewatching Shane and Ryan's ghost adventures and I have to say: I never believed in the supernatural but I always had a teeny little bit of optimism about ghosts and such. This show has erased that tiny little nugget, it has pretty much disproven the supernatural like nothing else before it 🤗 (In my opinion anyway)

Imagine being a ghost, preying on the fear of other people who enter your territory, just to find 2 pillocks shooting holy water filled water pistols at each other and vibing.
