Great video! Here in the US candy corn is hotly debated. Some people love it and some people (like me) think it tastes like sugar, wax and regret lol it’s one of those things you either love or hate

I enjoyed seeing your choices! you have some books that I've never seen before so that was fun :) Candy corn is very VERY sweet, we gave it away in little tins at my wedding because it was close to Halloween...but it's yummy!

Same as you with Fantasia. I wanted it for like a year but didn’t get it because of the crazy cost - then I finally took the plunge and got the 3rd edition and I hate hate hate the paper, it’s so rough. I’ve never been more disappointed over a colouring book 😂

I was very disappointed in the paper of fantasia, but the pictures are fabulous. I guess I will have to put gesso on it first.

barbara long yes wonderful artwork. I haven’t used anything like gesso before, is it just for watercolour or can you also use it for pencils?

I'm sorry to hear that your copy doesn't have good quality paper, since the illustrations are so amazing :(

Sidisen It’s really strange, the paper is really thick but so rough. I have no idea who could have thought it would be a good choice for a colouring book. I can’t even scan it and print it again because it’s too big 🙄 oh well...

Ah, I understand now what you mean, I have a similar structure in my copy. I think that the only down side with the roughness is that it eats pencils. :x

The Nordiska Väsen one is really really beautiful. I wish I could buy this, too, but the only place I found it was etsy and it was pretty expensive there. :(

your coloring is amazing! what supplies do you use?

Hello Meche, I mainly use Koh-I-Noor Mondeluz and staedtler fineliner. But lately I have been using a lot more of Polychromos and Kuretake watercolors. :)
