They usually aren't but every once in awhile RNG says "yes". I don't even think accuracy is the problem right now, it's the tendency for everything to be overpens and bounces.

Montana with Legendary plotting room is disgusting... Decided to try a training room, 1, just 1 Montana vs 9 Wyoming class... 436k damage, then tried 9 New York, 450k damage... Next will be New Mexico, then Colorado/North Carolina... And just keep going to see what she can do.

The USS Texas certified gangster lean. wouldn't it be interesting if they gave a one time use toggle ability to the USS Texas in game reduce movement by 75% and add 10% range to main battery but also raises your citadel like you're in a hard turn away from the side your guns are pointing. Personally I think it would be balanced due to 2 major disadvantages to 1 minor advantage.
