Is this for real???? I have suffered with a deviated septum for years and an ugly crooked nose from breaking it as a kid… and am afraid of surgery

People with a deviated septum, like myself, can really only get like 90% of our air through one nostril. Once the septum is fixed, like this, it goes back to 50/50.

What kind of chiropractor do i have to look for to get this adjusted? Is there a certain certification some chiropractors have that can do this? I’m 25 years old and I just learned what a deviated septum is. Never realized my lack of air played such a big role in a lot of things.
